Our shipping partner will do their best to provide fast and efficient delivery service to your door.
Depending on each country/area’s customs, importation laws, methods of shipment chosen, extreme weather, public holidays etc., the delivery schedule may vary. Our company shall not be liable for any damages or loss arising from the delay.

Shipping days will count only after handmade work will over, around 5-10 business days since order confirmed by appropriate notice by the site owner by mail. There may be further delay, depends on the materials inventory from third parties such as suppliers. No compensations will be implemented on site owner.
Any shipping delays beyond our control, the site owner will not be liable in anyway.
Any further expensed beyond shipping, such as port taxes, import taxes, government tax etc. will be the buyer responsibility and expense.
Products on site are handmade, and production work is starting only after full payment to the site owner.

For order confirmation you need to fill all information required including CC, address etc. It is very important to fill correct details. Otherwise site won't be able to execute the order. In such scenario, the site owner will not be responsible for any damage.
The site is for personal use only, therefore the site owner can limit the number of items a user can buy. For site owner judgment only.
In case of any inventory issues, site owner will let you choose different product or receive your money back. No compensation applied.
Pickup option is impossible. Only shipping is possible. Is an online shop.
You may return an item up to 14 days with only if:
*Item is with manufacture defect. We will not accept return or refund simply because you have changed you mind. The items are handmade. By receiving the item from Delivery Company, you agree the item is new condition according to order details.
Terms or return
There should not be signs of wear or use, unwashed, unworn, undamaged with all tags on; within the original package in order, the item will be ready for resell. If not, the items will be shipped back to you and will not be refundable if the item appears to be damaged by the buyer or hygienic reasons.
Please attach the original Payment receipt (PO) with the returned shipped item. The costs for shipping back the item will be upon the customer.
In any manner, shipping fee is not refundable. Under and circumcenters Shipping back the product will be under your expense, in case of refund cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

After receiving the item for further investigation, we will notify you what is our final decision regarding the Refund status. If you return is approved, we will refund you CC or other- according your original payment method and in few days according to you Cc policy.

Wrong product return terms
If you received a product that do not fit your order such as size, color etc. Please contact us and send us images describing the problem. After investigating the matter, we will notice you with an answer regarding the exchange or refund.
If possible, we will try to fix the product. You will need to ship us the product back on your expense.

Cancelation before delivery
Please contact us for further information. We will try our best to cancel the order but we need to check if it possible not only it depends on order status.
If the company decided the item is refundable, the Refund will be issued to the original way of payment. For example the original Credit Card.

The refund process may take few weeks.
Damaged, defective, wrong items will be refunded with checking process described above. Please ship them in 30 days from receiving the order.
Buying in discount, coupons etc. Will refund you with the amount you paid for the item, not the original price at the store.
Coupon and gift card will not give you back refund or cash; you will get new coupon or will be charged with the same amount your credit card.
